Amy Roth - Director of Strategic Planning & Sales
Amy brings extensive experience and knowledge of the foodservice industry to s3h. She truly is a powerhouse we are thrilled to have on the team, on the volleyball court and on the slopes, snowboarding of course.
Originally from Wichita, Amy attended Wichita State University’s Entrepreneurship Program and worked full time as the Hyatt Regency’s Restaurant Supervisor for three years. She then went to Kansas City and worked for QualServ. There, she served as Project Manager for Applebee’s, Steak N Shake, McAllister’s Deli and Chipotle for four years. Upon moving to Colorado, Amy found herself working with Chipotle again. Before joining the s3h team, she was the Capital Purchasing Manager for Red Robin.

Cliff - Planning & Sales
Cliff has been a Foodservice Equipment Representative for 10 years serving the New York Metro market selling some of the industry’s top brands. Prior to that, he has worked for equipment dealers here in Denver and in Miami FL. He was also the chef/owner of Stella Di Mare, an upscale Trattoria in south Florida.
Although he earned his BA degree The University of Central Florida his real education in the art of cuisine started from the age of 14.
He brings to our organization a wealth of culinary experience. From his early start in the kitchen to his two internships in Milan Italy he has a specialized in the finer Italian Cuisine. He is also an honorary member of the US Pizza team. He also served on a volunteer fire company for 5 years in New Jersey so there is no emergency he can’t handle.

Eli Bradrick - Sales
Eli has a natural knack for the hospitality industry and has extensive sales experience. She brings compassion, honesty and the know-how to get the job done. She enjoys sharing her passion for great food with her teenage daughter.
Eli carries years of Project Management and Sales Management skills with her to help make visions tangible. She has worked with some of the best restauranteurs Denver has to answer. Her role wasn’t limited to performing many functions in the front of the house, but also assisted opening 4 restaurants from build-out to the grand opening.
